No bids yet for Fulham target
Portuguese club Vitoria Guimaraes have announced that despite interest, they are yet to receive any offers for their in-form defender Mahamadou N’Diaye.
N’Diaye has helped his club to a current position of eighth which is three places above their position at the end of last season; his highlight possibly came in the form of a clean sheet against Sporting Lisbon in August.
Similarly, the Mali international impressed many in his performances at the Africa Cup of Nations.
He Kept a clean sheet against Niger and helping his team to finish third in the competition.
Despite N’Diaye’s good form, his club have confirmed that they have received no official offers.
As Sky Sports report, Vitoria sources said: “Formally we have not received any propositions.
“It is normal we would look at this at the end of the season.”
Fulham defenders Chris Baird and Brede Hangeland both have contracts which end at the end of the season.
With Hangeland postponing a new contract for months, N’Diaye could be targeted to replace the experienced player.
