Misfit wants Old Trafford move

Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric wants a move to Manchester United after sending them crashing out of the Champions League, reports The Daily Mail.
Modric scored a stunning goal to help Madrid overcome ten-man United in the tie last week.
And now the Croatian may be seeking a move to Old Trafford after it emerged that he still has dreams of playing for the club.
Expectation
The 27-year-old was a target for Sir Alex Ferguson when he played for Tottenham Hotspur and many expected that he would sign for the 19-time Premier League champions.
However, Spanish champions Madrid secured a £33million transfer in the summer of 2012, but the midfielder has fallen out-of-favour with manager Jose Mourinho.
His goal against the Red Devils is only his second this season, and he has not been performing up to the standard seen in the Premier League.
Reports have suggested that when Modric was in Manchester for the Champions League clash, he admitted he would be keen on a move to United, but insisted that he wasn’t looking for an immediate switch.
With rumours that Cristiano Ronaldo may be in for a move to the club also rife in the media, it could be a interesting summer watching Fergie work his magic in the transfer market.
