Liverpool and City could lose out to Serie A giants

Barcelona forward Alexis Sanchez looks set to snub interest from the Premier League in favour of a move back to Serie A, report The Express.
Manchester City and Liverpool were understood to have enquired about the availability of the Chilean but Sanchez is looking increasingly likely to complete a move to Inter Milan.
Struggled
The pacey winger has struggled to hold on to a first team spot this season after a decent start to his career at Barcelona.
Pep Guardiola brought the 24-year-old to the Nou Camp from Udinese in the summer of 2011, but the Chilean has attracted similar criticism to that aimed at Zlatan Ibrahimovic during his spell with the Catalan giants – a perceived failure to understand and comply with the tiki-taka passing style Barcelona implement.
It looks inevitable that Sanchez will depart in the summer, with Inter Milan favourites in the race for his signature, according to Italian paper Gazetta dello Sport.
“Negotiations between Alexis [Sanchez] and Inter Milan are at an extremely advanced stage,” the paper claimed at the weekend.
Agreement
It is believed that Sanchez’s agent Fernando Felicevitch has already reached an agreement with Inter Milan, who plan to sign the winger on a loan deal with an option to make the transfer permanent at the end of his first season.
Inter president Massimo Moratti is also understood to have lined up former Arsenal midfielder Alex song and right-back Martin Montoya as potential targets as he looks to raid the Barcelona ranks and improve his squad.
