Arsenal and Chelsea target set for showdown talks

Reported Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea target Cesc Fabregas is set for showdown talks with Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova over his future at the club, according to reports.

The Daily Mail claims that after the £50million signing of Neymar, Fabregas could find himself even further down the pecking order at the Catalan giants.

Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea are all interested clubs in the 26 year-old, the newspaper claims.

Wenger

It is strongly rumoured that the Gunners have a £25million buy back price for the Spain international but Arsene Wenger is believed to be interested in Lars Bender of Bayer Leverkusen also, according to the tabloid.

Strong speculation about the Spaniard’s departure comes in light of a good year at Camp Nou.

Fabregas was the second highest goalscorer for Barca, finding the net 13 times and making an impressive 11 assists in the 2012/13 season.

Vilanova will be keen to hold on to the creative midfielder, who is believed to want to continue his spell at boyhood club Barcelona at this stage rather than return to Premier League.
